Our musculoskeletal system consists of bones, joints and muscles. All the bones of human being are, collectively, called as the skeleton. Bone diseases are the diseases in which bones become weak or break due to any injury and stress on bones. Calcium is the main factor by which we can control the strength of our bones. A joint is a connection between two bones. Few joint are immovable for example joints between bones of skull. Mostly joints are movable like joints between bones of limbs, neck, shoulder etc. Joint can be classified into 3 categories like fibrous, cartilaginous, and synovial. Muscles are also an important part of our musculoskeletal system. Muscles are body tissues. We can divide the muscles into three categories. First are "Skeletal muscle" responsible for moving external areas. Second are "cardiac muscle" related to heart and the last one is "smooth muscle" found at walls of arteries.
