Opsoclonus myoclonus is a rare neurological disorder characterized by an unsteady, trembling gait, intention tremor (rhythmic, involuntary motions of the limbs during voluntary movements), myoclonus (brief, shock-like muscle spasms), and opsoclonus (irregular, rapid, horizontal and vertical eye movements).
