Causes of IgM mesangial proliferate glomerulonephritis
Viral may be the cause of IgM mesangial proliferate glomerulonephritis. It is an inflammation of kidney glomeruli. It occurs when the mesangial cells which are the part of the glomerular capillaries, increases. This disorder results the nephrotic syndrome. It may be present in the acute, chronic or rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis form and be increases to chronic kidney failure.
Signs and Symptoms of IgM mesangial proliferate glomerulonephritis

2) Blood in the urine
3) Foamy urine
4) Involuntary weight gain

to relieve symptoms, treatment is necessary. Because mostly the disorder is chronic so it is required to do a prolonged treatment. To control the growth of the disorder, immunosuppressive, diuretic medications, immunosuppressive and Corticosteroid may be given. To reduce the growth of atherosclerosis, treatment of high blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels may be recommended.
Some dietary restriction may also helpful in the treatment of IgM mesangial proliferate glomerulonephritis such as take low cholesterol and low fat in your food .Medication is also included in the treatment of this disorder. In kidney failure always low protein diet is recommended .It is helpful to reduce the accumulation of dangerous nitrogen containing wastes. To control swelling avoid sodium and fluids.
