Fatty liver
Fatty liver is also known as NASH, which stands for Non- Alcoholic Steatorrhoeic Hepatosis is a disease in which fat accumulates within the liver. In such a liver, the liver cells and the spaces in the liver are filled with fat so the liver becomes slightly enlarged and heavier.
Symptoms of Fatty Liver
1. Fatigue
2. Malaise
3. Pain in upper right abdomen,
4. Enlarged liver
5. Lack of appetite
6. Weight loss
7. Nausea
8. Weakness
9. Mental confusion
10. Swelling of the legs
11. Bleeding from veins in the esophagus
Causes of Fatty Liver
The exact cause of fatty liver is not known but it is believed that the primary cause of fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is insulin-resistance. Other causes may include high blood pressure ,abdominal obesity.

The treatment includes

3. Control Cholesterol
4. Exercise
5. Avoiding use of toxic substances
