Insulin resistance syndrome is a condition in which body’s tissue stop responding to insulin. In medical term, this condition is known as a insulin resistance. Insulin is one kind of hormone. This is a vital part of our digestion system. In insulin resistance syndrome the body will make much insulin but body’s tissue does not respond to it and our body unable to use sugar properly.
It may cause another health problem like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart attack.
Causes of Insulin Resistance Syndrome
there are several causes of insulin resistance syndrome such as obesity, pregnancy, infection or severe illness, stress. Some genetic factor and medication may also be the cause of insulin resistance syndrome.

can helps to increase the level of HDL Cholesterol and decrease the level of triglycerides and LDL cholesterol.
Exercise is also very effective in the treatment of insulin resistance syndrome. Medication may also be useful. But patient must have to change his life style such as avoid oily food, sweets, smoking and excessive alcohol.
