Deviated Septum

INFORMATION ON DEVIATED SEPTUM:-
Deviated Septum is an abnormal displacement of nasal septum that which divides the nasal cavity in to two halves.


CAUSES OF DEVIATED SEPTUM:-
The deviated septum is a simple deviation in normal structure of the nose. In Deviated septum, one side of nose is wider and other side is narrower then normal. Our nasal cavity is divided with a partition called nasal septum. Normally our nasal septum lies exactly in the center. But in some people nasal septum is in off center that is called Deviated Septum.

SYMPTOMS OF DEVIATED SEPTUM:-
The symptoms of Deviated Septum are given below –

1) Rapidly nosebleed
2) Rapid sinus infection
3) Facial pain
4) Headache
5) Noisy breathing when you sleeping
6) postnasal drip
7) Blockage of one or both nostrils

TESTAMENT OF DEVIATED SEPTUM:-
Treatment of Deviated septum is based on the symptoms of this disease. Treatment of deviated includes the pain reliever to reduce headache, for the infection you can take antibiotic and decongestants is for secretion.
Another treatment option is corrective surgery. Corrective surgery is the process of reconstruction of the nasal septum.

PREVENTION OF DEVIATED SEPTUM:-
You can take some precautions such as –
1) Avoidance of virus cold
2) Air pollution
3) Air bone dust
