Hernia
INTRODUCTION TO HERNIA:-
Hernia may be defined as the physical condition of the body when walls of abdomen walls get damage or weakens. Hernia can be result of natural weakness of wall or excessive strain on abdomen wall due to heavy weight lifting.
CAUSES OF HERNIA:-
1. Heavy weight lifting.
2. Substantial weight gain.
3. Persistent coughing.
4. Difficulty in urination.
SYMPTOMS OF HERNIA:-
1. Pain in abdomens.
2. Discomfort in abdomens.
3. Pain while weight lifting.
4. Swelling in abdomens.
5. Heartburn.
DIAGNOSIS OF HERNIA:-
Hernia can be predicted clinically by using following procedures:-
1. Barium X-ray.
2. Endoscopy.
3. Nausea with vomiting.
PREVENTION FROM HERNIA:-
Preventing a subject from hernia includes operational/surgical procedure.
In a normal condition, following appropriate anesthesia and sterilization of the surgical site, an incision is made over the area of the hernia and carried down carefully through the sequential tissue layers. The main aim is to separate away all the normal tissue and define the margins of the hole or weakness.
