Crohn Disease

INTRODUCTION TO THE CROHN DISEASE:-

Crohn disease is a result of chronic disorder which results in the inflammation of digestive or gastrointestinal tracts.
Chrons disease can infect any part right through mouth to anus. It generally affect small intestine.

CAUSES OF CROHN DISEASE:-

1. Abnormal reaction of body immune system.
2. Bacterial food stuff.
3. Proteins developed in immune system can also be a cause related to inflammation which results in Crohn diseases.


SYMPTOMS OF CROHN DISEASES:-

1. Abdominal pain on the upper right part.
2. Diarrhea.
3. Skin problem.
4. Weight loss.
5. Rectal bleeding.


DIAGNOSIS OF CROHN DISEASE:-

There are various method of diagnosis of Crohn disease:

1. Blood test.
2. X-ray.
3. Sigmoidoscopy.
4. Colonoscopy.
5. Biopsy.


PREVENTION FROM CROHN’S DISEASE:-

The methods of preventing Crohn disease:-

1. Medicinal treatment.
2. Operational treatment.


MEDICINAL TREATMENT OF CROHN DISEASE:-

Medicinal treatment for preventing crohn disease is carried out by prescribing drugs like anti-inflammation, cortisone or steroids, immune system suppressors, remicade, anti biotic.

OPERATIONAL TREATMENT OF CROHN DISEASE:-

Operational treatment is employed to remove complication such as blockage, perforation, abscess, or bleeding in the intestine. Colectomy is use to remove entire colon. The majority of colectomy subjects go on to live normal, active lives after operation.
